MyCigna Account Settings

If you want to access MyCigna services or you want to be a registered member then you have to make sure that you create MyCigna account. MyCigna is where you manage your account information, health dashboard, bill payment and a lot of other things. When a customer or consumer registers on myCigna.com you’ll be able to find all your coverage information online and these information comes when you need it.

Note that anyone enrolling or participating in a Cigna Health Plan, Cigna Life, Accident or Disability Insurance Plan can create MyCigna Account. Other persons who can register are those covered by another family member’s Cigna plan. If you fall under the above category then you can register but you will not have access to claim or coverage information.

You need to enter your personal information while registering so that Cigna can verify your identity. So you will need to provide First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Home ZIP Code, Your Cigna Customer ID or Social Security Number. After entering your personal information on the MyCigna sign up page then complete a short questionnaire so that Cigna can identify you in their systems.

Note that those registering only to enroll in a Cigna Life, Accident or Disability Insurance plan will use only their temporary User ID and password provided to you by Cigna or your employer. But those who are covered by another family member’s Cigna plan you need to enter the Primary Customer’s social security number or Cigna ID. If you or your dependent(s) are registering to take the Health Assessment then each person must register separately and then log in with their
own MyCigna Login User ID and Password.

MyCigna Login

In order to log into the MyCigna service, one needs to access the Cigna homepage, by going to cigna.com On the MyCigna homepage, one will find the login section. Logging into MyCigna account involves entering your email address and your password. If MyCigna Login password was entered with incorrect capitalization or wrongly typed in then you will not be allowed to access your MyCigna Portal or Dashboard.

The MyCigna password is case sensitive meaning that your CapsLock and NumLock keys on the computer keyboard should be unlocked (not ON). Make sure you enter the right MyCigna password or else your login attempt will fail or be unsuccessful.
