Enroll in Online Banking
Bank of America credit card account will only work when you enroll in its online banking. If you are a current or past Bank of America customer and you have not enrolled then you need to go to the enrollment or online access page and enter the last 6 digits of your card or account, you can use any one of your accounts, credit card or ATM/debit card number. After that enter your complete Social Security number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN).
Note that while entering your Social Security number (SSN) or Tax Identification number, it should be only numbers that you will enter. But if you don’t have Social Security number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN), enter the Last 6 digits of ATM or Debit Card number, ATM or Debit Card PIN, Account Number of eight to twelve digits and click on continue.
